About Lee Laskody

Lee Laskody is an attorney and founder of Laskody Law Office, P.C. He has always been dedicated to providing compassionate and personal legal services.

Mr. Laskody attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a Bachelors degree in Political Science from UNC-CH in 1991, and both a Law degree and a Masters degree in Public Administration in 1998. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1998, and admitted to the North Carolina Middle District Bankruptcy Court in 2001.

Our Philosophy

We all depend upon factors outside of our control for economic well being. For example, we can have health problems that keep us from work, lose the income of a spouse due to divorce or death, our employer can go out of business, our investments can lose value in the stock market. We are all at risk for financial crisis. Bankruptcy offers a legal and honest way to reduce or eliminate your debts and start fresh.
